Just one mile again today, but it went well. It felt easier than yesterday already! I ended the mile with still a bit in me, so that was great, maybe I'll try for two next time. I'll try to be more on time so that I can get a better warm up.
My first run of the season. I'm really just doing XC to keep from becoming overweight, aka, a couch potato. One mile got my calves burning, but I was able to run the whole thing. I'll probably do that for a few more days and then work up to two.
